These products do not work

I purchased this product because I couldn’t get to the salon to remove my gel polish. It was new to me so I applied it like nail polish. Some got on my cuticles and the next 3 days, my skin was raw and tender making it hard to do things such as opening bags that required pressure on my finger tips. There needs to be a BIG WARNING about protecting the skin around the nail so no one else gets a chemical burn. Other than that, the product does work.

Reading the reviews, I was super skeptical and was expecting to be making a return. I wasn’t insanely impressed, but it did the job. I feel something to consider especially for a $9 product is that you’re going to have to put the work in. I probably spent about 20-30ish minutes attempting at removing all the gel polish. For reference, my gel nail polish was already chipping in small places on a couple nails and had two and a half weeks of grow out. Did that make the removal any easier? I’m unsure. I applied the product to my nails and immediately I did feel a weird sensation. I assumed that was the remover doing what it needed to do to break down the gel. Then I went in with the double sided tool to slowly make away at the polish. It was kind of difficult at certain spots, but i just had to press slightly hard towards the bottom or side to get the pieces up. After doing that, I used the buffer block to buff off the residual small pieces as well as the inconsistencies in the nail bed. Pros- You only pay $9 instead of upwards of $30 at a salon for gel polish removal. You don’t have to soak your nails for a ton of time, it’s a swipe on for a couple minutes (honestly I’d probably do a little more than 3 especially if your gel is thicker) then straight to work to get the polish off. Reducing your time a lot. The kit comes with a rubber tool & the buffing block alongside the remover. So you have everything you need. Cons- Inconsistencies with the formula? I see a lot of people who got yellow bottles, I made sure to check mine was clear. Can be more time consuming & require more elbow grease opposed to going to a salon. I feel there were inconsistencies in where the product worked properly to activate its “gel removing” factors. Tips- Do one hand at a time. Doing this gives you an opportunity to take a break if you’d like after doing one hand, or scroll and watch videos whilst waiting for the gel activator. Have a nail strengthening polish, a clear polish, or some sort of polish to put on top as your nail beds will look dingy. Especially after buffing. Give yourself about 30 minutes to do all of the steps, don’t try and rush the process. It won’t work. Overall I’d recommend it. I figured this review would help those who were kinda like me and a bit skeptical about it.

Works great

I guess it works because it did take the polish off of my nails however it took forever. Wanna say it took me about half an hour to do both of my hands and the polish just doesn’t peel off the way it did in the video. Definitely saved my nails, but don’t really think it’s worth the time and effort you have to put in with the video makes it seem so easy.

Does not work at all!

Works so well. 1) always use the plastic pusher it comes with. Never metal or you’ll scratch your nail bed. 2) if it’s an orange or yellow color it’s expired and will not work. Exchange it.

Works like a charm

I really liked this. It was fast it came Off quickly. The nails I did thicker did require multiple coats but honestly it was still Quicker than the one I was using before and not as messy to me and damaging.

Straight out of box and it looks like this. Put it on and it’s watery yet gel like at the same time. Not worth paying for.

Love , love , love One Gel Magic Off! It is so easy to use and only required 3 applications to remove all the gel polish! Total of 9 minutes and it removed easily! I finally found a product I can use to remove gel polish without having to go to the salon!!💕

It only takes off the top layer and doesn't remove all of the gel polish no matter how much I use. Left my nails really weak and sensitive. Mine was also the orange gel-like consistency so I don't know if it was bad or it's supposed to be that way, but I won't be using it again.

Don't waste your money, it doesn't work. It doesn't even remove the top coat.

Idk what these people are talking about. This product works exactly as expected. I will repurchase when I run out.

Really zero stars. Didn’t work. Got on my tub and instantly took off some of the finish however wouldn’t remove the gel polish on my toes. Horrible.

When removing the one gel with the remover, I appreciate the remover "tool" in my nail kit, but I find the formula to be extremely irritating and chemically burning when it comes in contact with my skin outside of the nail. A painful, messy, uncomfortable experience that typically takes 3 or 4 tries to fully remove the product. I love dashing diva's gloss, glaze, and press-ons, but this one really needs a lot of work.
