[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who suffers with diagnosed anxiety trying OTC things is always a gamble. It often doesn't work or the ingredients upset my stomach. Thankfully this helps reduce stress and isn't upsetting! I love that it comes with an orange flavor capsule so you don't have a gross vitamin flavor and it easily digests with the way the capsules are made. I do feel the tense stress ease up while taking these and will definitely continue after I finish this bottle!

I don’t really find myself under much stress but I do think it helps with my mood in that I feel I can get my work done. The capsules have a very slight orange flavor to them but goes away quickly. These pills come in a dark brown glass bottle that keeps the sunlight out, so the capsules remain fresh. The capsules have a great orange smell and taste. The capsules are easy to swallow, and have helped with gut issues. I feel more focused on the day when working after I have taken this capsule. I have a very stressful job that involves me working against short deadlines. I feel more at ease, and focused when I take these capsules. I would definitely recommend!!.

I like that they help the brain/gut connection by helping alleviate stress. I have always had anxiety that causes stomach upset, and these have helped. Also, no gross aftertaste. These have a delightful citrus flavor as you swallow them.

PROS: Bottle arrived undamaged in a glass jar that wasn’t too small, but also not obnoxiously large I appreciated their capsule-in-capsule design to prevent immediate breakdown and successful delivery to my gut Promotes serotonin in your body to decrease cortisol levels caused by stress Contains omega oil Only 1 capsule per serving! CONS: I’m not a huge fan of the citrus scent that the capsules have — would prefer something more neutral such as coconut My stomach felt a bit icky when I did not take with food the first time. Subsequent doses did not have the safe side effect.

It kind of has a slight strong orange taste/smell, I was afraid of possibly burping it throughout the day but I was fine after all.
