I couldn’t be happier with my Cuisinart stand mixer! From the moment I started using it, it’s been clear this machine is built for both power and precision. The motor is strong enough to handle everything from delicate whipped cream to dense bread dough without struggling, and it runs smoothly and quietly compared to others I’ve tried. The multiple speed settings give great control, and the mixing is incredibly even—no more stopping to scrape the bowl every few seconds. I also love the sturdy construction and sleek design; it looks great on the counter and feels like it’s made to last.

Cuisinart Precision Pro 5.5 Quart stand mixer. There is an 8 mm gap between the bowl and the paddle…too large a gap. The mixer acts as a fan over the batter. You have to be the mixer. Meaning, you have to stop the mixer, drop the bowl and mix the batter MULTIPLE times for each batter. Why would you buy a mixer that make you be the mixer?

Opened before Christmas .
My husband gave me this mixer early so I could use for my Christmas baking. I am so proud of my Italian meranque and Christmas breads. I can't say enough about my Cuisinart . Best Christmas gift ever for anyone on who loves to bake!

Can be a bit better
There is only 1 thing that this machine is missing. It is a digital timer that can be programed to count down time the machine is mixing. I have had a Cuisinart stand mixer for decades, the all in one type. This is a replacement for my original mixer. It's good but still could be better.

Cuisinart stand mixer- is sooooo cute
My mixer gave up the ghost and I have had it for 19 yrs. So I had to go shopping. I looked at Kitchen Aide ( was the one I had ) but was really out of my price range. So checked ratings on stand mixers and I noticed Cuisinart had good ones. I found one on sale with reasonable price. So I purchased it. I love it!!! It is sturdy and easy to use. Very happy I purchased this mixer.

Rubberized mixer paddle should be added!
Just purchased my Cuisinart stand mixer and I really like it except for 1 thing -- I can't get a rubberized standard paddle so that it will scrape the sides of my bowl for me while mixing. I'm really surprised about this since I haven't had to do it manually with my Kitchen Aid for 18 yrs! I would highly suggest adding this to your accessories even if it is a special purchase. Stopping and starting the mixing to do this is like stepping back in time.

Great so far
It looks great on the counter and is easy to use. Not excessively noisy. It stays in place while running. I really like it. I've only used it to make pizza dough so far and the dough turned out great. I used the "dough" setting for the first batch and the "manual" setting for the second one.

Digital stand mixer
My first purchase and it is a good starter for a first time user. I have a 4 because the space to put ingredients in while mixing is not enough to not touch the attachment. Maybe I just need to practice more.

Starting from scratch
My 52 year old stand mixer provided many kitchen dishes, so researching 2023 stand mixers was intense. Cuisinart and the other top brand were the top contenders. I love this 5.5 qt Cuisinart and attachments- perfect choice! It’s quiet, the beater height was perfect right out of the box, its motor is quiet, and it is effortless. Thank you Cuisinart!
