Worth Every Crumb
I bought the Cuisinart Custom Convection Bread Maker for one reason: I wanted real bread—made with clean, healthy ingredients—without the preservatives and fillers hiding in store-bought loaves. My first loaf? A disaster. An ugly, stone-shaped brick. But that wasn’t the machine’s fault—it was mine. I didn’t temperature my water. Lesson learned. I bought a thermometer, tried again, and the second loaf was absolute perfection: crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, baked on the medium setting. And the pizza dough? Life-changing. Perfect every single time. I’m officially done wasting money on mediocre takeout pizza loaded with excessive processing. This machine paid for itself fast. The programming is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even for beginners. And the smell—wow. Very disappointing
For over 15 years I’ve had a CBK-200 always great gluten free loves, but it was discontinued and I couldn’t get a new pan so I bought this. I have made two loaves since purchase and the sides of the loaf caves it when taken out of the pan! Exact same recipe I have always used, VERY disappointed!

Easy to be a baker with this machine!
I've made a half dozen loaves so far and very much like the machine. The only thing I've discovered is that I sort of have to tend to it a bit because the dough tends to collect in a corner, so I use a spatula to coax it back to the center. Not a lot, just a few times early in the cycle. The paddle has stuck in the bread only once. It's a lot of fun.

CBK 210 Not Nearly As Good As Previous Model
After having had three previous CBK 200’s, which I loved; I purchased the CBK 210, and am terribly disappointed. Loaves made in the machine are usually very dense and soggy. The pan is smaller. Recipes from my previous recipe book do not work well. Cycles have been condensed, renamed, and renumbered; which makes it hard to use. I basically use this now for a dough maker. Not very happy.

Awesome Bread Maker
This machine is awesome. It makes very tasty bread even when I screwed up the recipe. I had to pause the machine twice yo add or adjust my mistakes. It still came out fantastic and tasty.

First time using a bread machine
Quiet machine.The jalapeño cornbread came out excellent I also tried the banana bread recipe. It came out OK, but that was partially my fault because I used too much bananas. Really need to go exact measurements with this machine Great to make dough for pizzas.

I have thoroughly loved my new bread maker! With a busy work life, I have never really had the time to make good, healthy, whole grain breads - and this makes that easy! I grind my own flour from whole wheat berries and this machine bakes the perfect healthy loaf - I couldn't be more pleased - AND, I can eat bread again!

How to make bread and influence people.
I had been waiting far too long to take the leap and buy this bread maker, and I wholeheartedly wish I had bought it sooner. This is such an easy way to get into bread making, and the included recipes are enough to keep you busy for a while. Initially, I was hoping this bread machine would eliminate some of the weekly grocery costs (minus the cost of ingredients), but now I find it's enough to have some fresh bread to offer friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers. One of the few units I've been able to find that is both relatively affordable and not inundated with unnecessary plastics. Very easy to clean and simple to use. The only thing I would suggest for anyone buying this is to keep track of the paddle; I can't tell you how many times I've loaded the basket with ingredients and gone to start the cycle only to find the paddle sitting off to the side of the machine, leading to some sticky hands and dirty countertops (your hands and counters were going to get dirty, anyway).

I LOVE I can have freshly baked bread by taking a few minutes to dump some ingredients in. So far everything has come out perfectly!
