Cuisinart 6-in-1 Slushy & Soft Serve Maker ICE-200

Purchased this machine for Christmas. Definitely would not recommend. The soft serve is a thick shake. Have tried all recipes provided by cuisinart with no luck. Just not getting cold enough. I also hate that the stop/go button can't be used once started, it disappears so have to turn the power of and on. I don't know if this is a fault with my machine but its annoying all the same. Expensive thick shake maker.

Great multi use for frozen cocktails, slushies, soft serve ice cream. Used many times in summer and at holidays at our lake house. Love it!

Tried to make sorbet. Followed instructions exactly. Completely runny. Not frozen at all.

This was a gift and it is perfect! It is easy to use and clean. The soft serve and slushies are delicious. I am so happy with this machine.

The kids couldn't get enough of the slushies! And the icy cold cocktails were a hit with the adults.

I purchased this about two weeks ago and while it is a beautiful machine it does not live up to the hype of being a soft serve machine. There is a reason the ad shows a small cone being made each time. The ice cream does not get cold enough to stay firm. Do not plan on making ice cream cones with this machine. Taste is great but there are cheaper machines out there.

Very disappointed, this makes milk shakes and not soft serve. We have tried it multiple times and followed thier recipes. The slushie was not great either. I was really hoping it would work. Im returning mine.

This is horrible machine. There is no way making soft serve ice cream at all. I did try several recipe, pre freeze long our even did try to put xanthan gum bit turn out the icr cream is runny and not even close to any ice cream shop at all. Very disappointed and waste my money on this product. U cant return if you open it

My daughter purchased this machine and it's so worth the money. What was one spent in expensive coffee and dessert shops is now being done here at home for way less money. The frappe setting is my favorite! Excellent flavor and consistency.

The directions made it easy and clear how to use it and bonus points that the machine isn't loud, which I actually assumed it would be. Glad to be proven wrong, as well as my favorites being the frozen cocktails and slushies! You can also make ice cream, sorbet, frappés. This is worth getting, especially if you love ice cream/making drinks etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple to use, easy to clean, with minimal prep and quick results, there’s nothing to not appreciate about this Cuisinart 6 in 1 machine. Impressed my friends too! The best part for me is there’s no parts that need to be prepped or pre-frozen…my traditional ice cream maker takes up valuable freezer space and I typically forget to toss it in the freezer in advance - a nonissue with this machine as it plugs in ready to go without requiring freezing. Most incredibly, I tried making soft serve and a daiquiri style frozen fruit slush both of which were ready in just 20 minutes. The flexibility is great you can make a simple recipes as pouring in juice or premix or you can get as complex as you want with layering flavors and spending more time on the recipes. (Just no inclusions/chunks). Set up and cleanup is a breeze, parts are easy to disassemble and wash. Only downside is the unit is too tall to fit under my upper cabinets and doesn’t suit storage.

They want to pour every liquid in the fridge into it to create slushies and frappés. There is definitely some trial and error with the settings, but nothing that can’t be fixed by running it again at a colder setting or letting it warm up/thin out and then running the machine again. I wish this came with a printed instruction book and recipe book instead of a QR code to scan. Nonetheless, we have been having a lot of fun creating chocolate frappés, orange juice slushies and chocolate soft serve for the kids and frośes and frozen aperol spritzes for the adults. I love that the programming is an easy touch screen and I love even more that the machine has a cleaning cycle making this simple and quick to use and clean up. A few pieces come out that can be hand washed or put in the dishwasher which is easy to do. This has been in daily rotation for after school snacks and I’m sure it will be a big hit at our next party.

The Slushy & Soft Serve maker is Sturdy , Elegant and fits just right in our kitchen. It isn't too heavy and we also use it in our dining space for parties & get togethers. The first setting we tried was a slushie using sparkling limeade and it turned out amazing ! Topped it with some sprinkles and my kids loved it. The machine isn't noisy at all and has a smart dispense feature that ensures no mess pours. It is quite fast and so much fun at play dates & potlucks. Kiddos have so much fun creating new flavors. I also use it for making coffee frappes to kickstart my day. I would recommend taking your time to understand the different settings and you'll be amazed with the possibilities. Comes with auto clean feature!

My kids are big fan of this slushy maker. It’s very easy to use and clean. So far we have tried slushy, frappe and soft serve. It takes few attempts to get recipes right but it’s so fun to use. Major hit with the guests. Does take a little extra time for clean up, but worth it. A talking point of the conversation all night.

The machine is tall but slim, it feels sturdy and doesn’t take up much counter space . The LCD touchscreen is intuitive and makes switching modes effortless. Be sure to read the manual before first use, there are recipes for ice cream, sorbet, slushies, frappes, wine treats, and cocktails, which makes it easy to get creative. I also like the cord hook in the back and the rinse program for quick cleanup. The only downside is removing the dispenser assembly. You have to locate the release button underneath the dispenser, use both hands, press, and twist counterclockwise. It took me awhile to figure it out. Also the QR codes on packaging and the tag don't lead me to manual, I had to look it up on Cuisinart's website. Overall, I’m really happy with it. I made a salted caramel soft serve based on chocolate soft serve recipe and it was a total hit!

This machine is great for hosting. The chill technology allows for treats to stay cold while waiting to be served. We hosted a friend's get together and we made frappes, frozen cocktails and soft serve ice cream. The machine has low noise and dispensing the finished product is simple and easy. So many possibilities for this machine. Great for the summer months for refreshing treats and beverages. Definitely recommend
