Sturdy, eat to clean mini pie pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest, I got these for my daughter to do her little science experiments with and they’re perfect for that! The mini size seem to make less of a mess too. For the product themselves, they seem really sturdy and I’ve found them easy to clean. While I haven’t baked with them, I think they would work well for whatever type of pie you’re making. They seem like they would hold up well without warping, too.

Great for a family that like different desserts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a husband who loves pies and a wife that is not fond of them. These make the perfect compromise. They are perfect for a mini pie to satisfy his craving without making a lot of waste. They also have been great for events, such as Thanksgiving when we make mini desserts for a tower. They are easy to clean and stick resistant.

beautiful but have yet to bake with them

Am trying to tweak a difficult online recipe for a pot pie crust containing oat flour, almond flour, eggs, coconut oil and will try again this time using these beautiful pot pie tins. If anyone has insight on working with dough made with these ingredients, I'd love to hear it. Once I've used these tins, will change my rating to 5 stars (if they performed well).
