I bought this for a Christmas gift. It is easy to set-up and use. My only suggestion would be to provide a small compartment in the case for the power adapter storage.

Used it once and tried to exchange for another a month and half later as it stopped working completely?? wouldn’t let me return or even exchange for a working one. unacceptable as i’m now out $70 and multiple vinyls without a working record player :)

I’m not sure how this product works yet , because it a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. But I’m very disappointed with its arrival . The box is damaged and it WAS NOT packed in a cardboard box. It was in its original company box. So there’s no telling if it will operate properly because I did see the route it took to get to my address. It traveled through many southern states . I will surely be returning it should it not operate properly.

This isn’t about the product specifically but about Targets shipping. This was shipped to us exactly as pictured in the manufacturer box right before Christmas. This is an issue for two reasons, the first being that this was a gift and the listing did not indicate that it ships in the original packaging. The second is that this box is very thin and it was delivered in the rain so it’s already warping. Not to mention this is a record player so it would have been nice to have some protection around it during the shipping process. Praying the thing actually works come Christmas Day. Do better Target, this was just sloppy.

Target sent me these items - wet and damaged. Then said I needed to bring in the damaged items to get new items. Target dropped off torn, wet and destroyed item (not even packaged) and refused to return my money or replace them unless I took the time to bring them into the store. What a nightmare. I will not shop here anymore.

I ordered this online and did not purchase in the store. Review is for Target online shipping practice not the specifc item. Item was clearly shipped from a Target returns center and was clearly a return and repackaged as such. This should never have been sent to fufill any order. Due to the obvious conditon upon arrival I returned this to a store unopened from it's shipped packaged status. Clerks at the store somewhat questioned my claim initially and opened it to inspect where they immediately deterimined it would not be restocked in the store. Aside from not receiving a new, unused, item is the concern of having to legitmize a return for something I never even opened that had all the appearances of being damaged or used.

Perfect Beginner Record Player!
This record player is the perfect beginner introduction to record players. I received tons of vinyls from relatives and this product was easy to use and produced amazing quality music. I have also used it as a Bluetooth speaker to connect to my phone. As the cherry on top, this record player is adorable and matches almost anything else!

I love those product! I have had my record player for about 2 years now and use it almost everyday! It has not given me any problems and I love the Bluetooth feature as well!
