A: The EasyPress 3 functions without the requirement of a Cricut cutting machine, but can press projects made from any Cricut machine. It does require registration with the Cricut Heat App, available only on iOS and Android, prior to use.

A: Hello! The Mat is not included if you are purchasing only an EasyPress. However, sometimes a bundle is included, and some bundles will include the Heat Press mat. Please contact Target to see if your order includes a mat, as they may have diffferent bundle offers than Cricut.

Very portable fir on the go
I bought this just try it out for portability. It is quite heavy but it gets the job done. I’m still working on the settings and temperatures At first I thought you had to have Bluetooth only but accidentally punched the temperature and time I wanted and it worked seamlessly!! I was surprised . I think I will try other things as well. I love my heat press!

I used the Easypress 4 times then I got the E05 error at which point the unit became an expensive paperweight since the warranty had also expired. From reviews I've seen in a number of places, this is a common issue so I suspect Cricut just makes a substandard product. I wouldn't recommend the unit to anyone. I expect that if Crict responds to this review, it'll likely be their tyipical canned response as I see a similar one in all other responses to reviews on their failed products; "Cricut We apologize for the trouble you are experiencing. Very inconvenient
Brand new have not been able to use since a download is required, I do not like to download any apps to my phone, why can't we use a desktop.

Easy to use and great results
The 12 x 10 Easy Press is easy to use right out of box. I used it on magnets and a few ornaments. I followed the recommended guide and my items turned out correct. I use this mostly for flat items that I can press down on in the item the correct time. I sometimes cannot keep my hand steady enough so I use one of my other presses.

Purchased this to use with the Cricut 4 and I cant figure the darn thing out! Call the help line and they cant figure out why either as to why I can cut, but have to PRINT and cut. I just want to cut

Fun Item, Poor Sensor Manufacturing
Received this as an anniversary gift in July 2023, was not able to use it until December 2023. Between December 2023 and September 2025, it had been used a total of 20 times before it “EO5” errored out and now is completely unusable. Even though it’s one year warranty expired before I had even used it a dozen of times, I have to buy a new replacement or simply not have the heat press. Loved using it the few chances I got, it’s pretty great. I’m simply disappointed with how little it was used before it became an expensive paper weight, and absolutely no way to replace the sensor that has malfunctioned causing the “E05” error. Even more annoying is upon researching this issue, this appears to be a common problem.

Terrible machines that brick repeatedly
I bought a heat press a little over a year ago, and it failed with an E05 error code within the first few months. Cricut sent a replacement which took several months to arrive. The replacement machine has now also failed in less than a year from when I received it, but Cricut will not replace it since it has been a year since my original purchase. I definitely do not recommend spending money on these machines.

Warning the app is not always right
It works well but I would have not spend the money on the Bluetooth feature. I used it with glitter vinyl and it burnt 3 shirts. The apps had me set it to high. I ended up having to buy more vinyl and shirts. Once you get around the Bluetooth app that forces you to set up and follow the heat settings on the vinyl itself, it’s great.
