When it worked it was great --- only used about 8-10 times and then it quit. Too long since purchase date to get a refund.

Do not buy from this company or site. The produce does NOT produce warm steam and they will not take a return.

This is by no means a steam inhaler. It just produces a fine mist which is slightly warm. This is a misrepresentation of the product. Do not buy thinking this would perform even close to a steam inhaler.

It’s great to have a steamer I can use anywhere. Overall it’s very good. I can get more steam over my stove, but that’s perhaps a given. The mask smells. I wonder how long it will take for that to go away. The on/off buttons are convenient- actually too convenient; it’s very easy to inadvertently turn the device off as you hold it.

Steam is barely warm. Does not seem like this item should cost $100.

The warm mist setting doesn't provide warm mist - it's very cool. The cordless feature is awesome - I was really hoping it would work out!

I’ve had this product for a while, and it’s not worth the price tag. After a couple of uses, it started leaking water from the bottom- where the tag with the serial number is. Obviously never put anything in it other than the water it came with, so no clue as to why it leaks other than it’s a faulty product.

This helps so much with sinus problems, mostly helping loosen things up and get me breathing again normally. Used it for 18 months now, the battery is getting weak. Would buy it again and recommend to anyone

Very little steam or power. Plus, big fancy box but no instruction manual!

Purchased this device to help keep nasal passages moist, and help with stuffy nose. It definitely delivers! I love that it offers both cool and warm mist and is comfortable to hold. I use spring water, it takes a very small amount to get 5-6 uses, 15minutes each. Cleaning is easy, soak for 15 minutes in equal parts distilled white vinegar and tap water then rinse well and air dry. Instructions are excellent, worth reading all of them before use. A gentle shake if the unit stops misting is all it takes to get the mist back. After about 6 uses, it requires a 3 hour recharge. It has definitely helped me.

The item is very compact. However, the steam amount was not sufficient to do what I expected. Return item.

This product didn’t put out anywhere near as must steam/mist as I had hoped. The masks both smelled strongly like plastic even after multiple washes with soap. The amount of water used per use is very little which is a good thing, you don’t need much water to get vapor. The hot mist left my nose, throat & mouth dry after use which in return made my nose run like crazy. However, on the cool vapor setting I was left feeling like those 3 things were left hydrated and refreshed. I do think even with all the negatives it still helped me get through bronchitis a little easier than if I had not used it. But for the price point made it harder to feel that way. Had this device been half the cost I think I’d feel better about my purchase. The charge time takes 3 hours but the battery does hold up for many uses. The instructions say there’s a way to shut off the red/blue light while in use for night time use but I never had any success with that, the buttons appear only to be for hot/cold and on/off with each click. The masks have very large holes around the nose to left air in and out while you breath but the holes are to big for my liking, I felt like more vapor escaped rather than got inhaled. Lastly, each use has a 15 minute timer and then automatic shut off, great feature but when using the cool mist I always get to about 12 minutes in and the vapor turns hot which like I previously stated isn’t great since it causes a drying effect. For the price tag I expected it to be made a lot better.

Easy to use and works as stated

It is a huge help to have the freedom of cordless in this inhaler. Not limited to sitting in one spot.

Everything that is needed to start using is in the box, which is awesome. Easy to put together and use. No batteries to replace as it is rechargeable. It's been a couple of weeks since I started using it and I do feel a bit of a difference with my sinus issues.

I bought this product this past winter as the heater drys out my sinuses and it helped tremendously.

I have only used it once and looking forward to use it more when needed. The Crane Cordless Rechargeable Inhaler was very easy to use and comes with everything to get you started even the Purified water. Gives a nice warm or cool mist to help relief allergies and dry sinuses.

Worked great on cold congestion I had. Able to breathe now!

I bought this a few months back and have been very pleased with the performance. I love how lightweight it is...makes it easy to take anywhere. It even came with a carry case which was a pleasant surprise. The case was bright orange so it makes it easy to find in my giant purse when I'm traveling. The mist was very fine so it doesn't feel like you're spraying yourself with the water hose like some I've tried did. It really helps me with my sinuses and allergy symptoms. I highly recommend this product!

The Crane Warm steam and cool mist cordless inhaler is very easy to use and clean. Comes with everything you need to get started using it. Setup is a breeze and very light weight. Helps when having a dry nose.
