Great humidifier

Seems very durable overall a great product if you need a humidifier. Portability is great easy to carry around and store.

I use it near my tropical plants or for gentle aromatherapy (with essential oils) and to moisturize the air after using the air conditioner (great if you have sensitive or dehydrated skin). Plug it in according to the instructions and enjoy. ❤️

Better for the steam inhaler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and set up the different functions. The steam I haler is going to be great when sick especially with the vapor pads. The only thing is you have to refill it often if you want to keep it running.

Great humidifier!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this humidifier! I would put in on a night and let it run all night long it made my room so much more humid I live in the second driest state so my skin and everything in general is dry. I woke up to my nose being normal and it didn’t feel dry and itchy. I really loved how easy it was to use and set up just put water in it flip it on to the stand and turn it one and bam it worked great!

Broke after about 5 months of use
Quality is bad. It worked for almost 5 months of weekly use. Too bad we had it for 13 months at the time it broke so can't get anything from the warranty. I should have reached out right around the year mark when it started getting louder and making some sounds, ugh! What a waste, was such a nice size for the nursery, but want spend so much on something that doesn't last more than 1 winter.

Either it leaks or produces condensation under it.. Make sure to put it in a container of some kind to catch the water.

Dead in a month.
I bought this humidifier a month ago. Now, after about 25 nights of use, the red light comes on when I try to turn it on. The water container is full and is properly installed on the base. It appears to be a problem with a sensor that detects whether the water container is present. Crane seems to have pursued a needlessly complicated solution to a very simple problem and quality suffers.

Mold
This is terrible. After one use I went back to use it again and it has mold and I am so glad I caught it before I used it again. I cleaned it the way the instructions told me and it still has it. Past the return window so I cannot return. Don’t waste of money.

Works nicely
I thought the steamer could be on all night, but it shuts off after 20 min., and then you have to fill it up again. I was also missing the 2 vapor pads that were included, and after several attempts to get through to the company, they said they would ship them to me without an apology. I also didn’t realize they were 2 separate pieces. You have to use the humidifier separately.

We love having several options!
I love have two different options with this.Easy enough to change my self care buddy (my 5yr old) does it. Fantastic as a reg humidifer, but our fav use so far is the steam inhaler which has been a life saver during spring allergies

this is such a great product because it's not just a humidifier but I use it for a cold to insert medicine when I am sick (with the pad inserts) and even more as a facial steam humidifier to target masks/facial product (or just simply steam) to my face

one false move and you can be serverly burn and scarred. There's no safety to this as I have reserach to many. I felt like the elder woman from McDonald's when the coffee was extremely hot and fell into her lap. Sinus steamers are very sufficient I'm not trying to alarm u from purchase Please make sure it's a no spill. All I could think about what if this was the children
