    I LOVE my electric fireplace!

    I LOVE my electric fireplace! It so realistic that the first couple days I thought the flames were real! I told my dog they are to keep him away from it! It's so much better than the fake flames behind glass that I had previously. Love love ❤️!

    Would recommend but don't use sound

    Really like this unit looks like a true fire. The only problem I have is the sound has a metallic noise that's quite annoying. You would expect a more crackling sound from a fire not a pipe banging noise.

    The unit does look great

    The unit does look great but within 2 weeks after getting it it will no longer enter Wi-Fi mode making it unable to use the App. I have called 2 times to get help with this issue left messages and have not received a response. Have tried the chat system and it was not very helpful. I have tried rebooting the unit several times it did not resolve the issue.

    Lovely little faux fireplace! She brings me so much joy! My one star off is because: as others said, the built in crackle sounds aren’t realistic, easily fixed with the separate unit offered on the site. Second, the heating element fan is much louder than I anticipated, if I could have anything that would be quieter when the heating function is running. Otherwise, great purchase that will dramatically improve my mental health this winter!

    Very nice home addition

    For those who do not want actual fires in the fireplace, this product is a great alternative. Very nice illusion. Relaxing. The heating capacity is limited so do not expect this product to heat a large room. Measure the opening of your fireplace carefully to ensure it will fit the space. I believe they have a variety of sizes.

    Nice and clean

    Nice and clean. Electric logs create a warm ambiance with attractive logs and flickering flames, while quickly heating up the space. This is the third set we've purchased for our home and short term rental property. No more hazardous fires and messy ash to clean. We're very pleased with the Country Living electric logs.

    Love it so far

    I like the flame effect and puts out quite a bit of heat actually. Excited to use it this winter. I'd love it to have a crackling fire sound effect but not sure if that's even possible. Otherwise I love it.

    I love this product. I

    I love this product. I hate wood burning and this product is so realistic that it provides all the benefits of a wood fire without any of the negatives. The heater portion has helped raise and/or maintain my house temp without making my heat pump overwork.
