Missing half the bunkbed

There is no indication of another box coming via the description. I called target services and they were a great help. But i have to call again because they helped me gain access to manual online of which i could see what parts we needed. At first before finding the manual instrutions we thought we were only missing the hardwear. To find out we are mising half the actual bed. We are missing the hardwear all the lower legs, the upper legs, headboard and footboard upper rails and the frames for headboard and foot board. We were just going to go to hardwear store to get hardwear but now learned we are missing the bed pieces too..... so will have to get a hold of target services again and see what csn be done. I cant do an easy return as i have a small car and the nearest target is an hour away.

Great SOLID bed

I purposely was looking for bunk beds that would handle my grandkids as they grew. I'd had bad experiences with beds that the slats would shift and/or break. These are held in with screws. Bed feels super solid for even the adults in the family. Feel like these will last for many, many years. Price was great, too!

It was great at first...

If you’re looking for a high quality bunk bed, keep looking. This one looks nice, but it’s poor quality. It scratches easily and when delivered, one of the pieces came cracked. We thought it was a fluke and would be ok, so we kept it. 2 1/2 months after purchasing it, the bottom rung on the ladder is starting to split (with only a 35lb little one seldom climbing it). In addition to this, we lifted the top piece off to move it across the street to a new apartment and one of the legs/post on the top almost completely split. Extremely disappointing! We will definitely be attempting to return this or get our money back. Look somewhere else for a bunk bed this one is cheap quality.

Love the blue

A great color(navy) has a low gloss/matte finish. Relatively easy to assemble. Definitely a two person job, especially when your toddler is around and wants to “help”. Overall happy with this buy!
