On line shopping for me.... Head is turned for a reason. Yes the pony tails are at different heights. Not sure I like it that way, so did want to point that out. The hair also has the sparkle foil, which I am not a fan of. Does not hold up to little girls brushing. But other than that it is a very cute doll. Love that they are jointed like the Monster High collection. A value when on sale.

And her face is absolutely precious! She is by far the best of the three Besties dolls released together. As other reviewers have mentioned, I agree that the tinsel in her hair can be annoying and staticity. Also, she could use some undies for a skirt so short. Despite those small issues, I love her and am so glad to have her. If you can get her for $13.99, you won't regret it.
