Construction issues

Loved the chairs but challenging to assemble! About half of the screw holes did not properly align!

SENT BACK

I did not like the fact that these chairs had to be totally assembled. It was not easy so I did not even try. The material was flimsy and I know they would not have held up at all. I sent them back and bought chairs that were already together.

Beautiful Patio Set and sturdy!

When you get your patio set, they come UN-assembled in one box. Be prepared to give yourself a couple of hours to assemble. Everything is well constructed and I found most of the pieces go together very nicely. The manual is simple and there is not much to read. Mostly Pictures and diagrams that say 50% or 100% showing how much you need to tighten the screws in that step. Be sure to follow it too because you will need wiggle room to assemble the parts. What took the longest was screwing the bolts in as they recommend you to use the included tools. All the bolts and screws are in one bag too so be sure to look at the manual for the correct size hardware for each step. There is no need for additional tools, use what they give you. You have to assemble the table shelf and legs on the table top. One of the legs for the table has an adjustable screw out peg in case your surface is not even that it is setting on. Pretty simple for the table to put together, the chairs take a bit more time. I have to say they are very sturdy and comfortable too. The back cushions tie to the actual chair on both sides. There are no ties for the cushion seats. I kind of wish there was a way to tie those too as we get lots of strong winds here. I am impressed so far and hope these will last a nice long time as they really are beautiful and functional. From what I understand it's constructed of a steel frame giving it good strength.
