Sent us all the wrong parts and wont send us the one correct arm piece needed

They sent us the wrong parts (3left side arms and 1 right side arm). All we would like is to receive the correct 2nd right side arm but they only will give us the option to return the entire order which is a waste of our time and shipping materials.
