This dresser was a pain in the butt to assemble and I didnt find the instructions to be 100% helpful (I honestly find ikea instructions easier than this was). Once I did get it done, the drawers did not function properly as they would come out about 4 inches and then stop. You had to lift them a little to get them to come out the rest of the way. All the rails were like this and I double checked they were installed properly, which they were. I called customer service and the rep was extremely helpful. I ended up just returning it and buying a different dresser directly from Target instead of another 3rd party.

Not worth it!
Despite this great price point, I would stay away from purchasing this item! The quality is so poor! The drawers fall off the rails when opened, they don't evenly or fully shut, they are crooked, and they don't line up with each straightly. When I contacted customer service, they indicated that I would either have to return it to a Target store or ship it in a box via UPS. This is a large piece of furniture and is very heavy. I am elderly and do not drive. I tried to hire a mover to deliver it to the Target store and his fee was greater than what I paid for the item. Shipping it back requires a large box which is not available. It can't be disassembled without me paying the assembler $180 to disassemble. No resolution for such poor quality item. My neighbor is going to put it out for trash collection because that is all that it is good for. Trash!

Not the best but not the worst
If I could give this 2 1/2 stars I would because I really don’t think it deserves 3 but 2 feels too low because I actually feel like the dresser it self is better quality than I thought it would be. So let’s start off from the beginning…there was no instructions, which at first I got pretty annoyed about but figured I could find them online, which I did and had to print off, so not the end of the world but still annoying. The drawer slides were jacked up and I’m gonna have to buy new ones off Amazon so that the drawers actually close without forcing them in and making horrible noises. Also the screws for the drawer pulls aren’t long enough to fit into the pulls through the drawers lol so I’m gonna have to either buy new pulls or figure out some screws that will work with these pulls. I really really liked the dresser up until the end when I figured out what a joke the drawer slides were, I still think the material and hardware to put the base together is great for the price. But now I’m thinking that with everything extra I have to buy to make it actually function I should have gone the little more expensive route that I ended up turning down for this one.

Great design - terrible product
Great design/style. Horrible instructions and quality control. The screws they provide for the handles are too short, plus there was one missing. I've put together dozens of flat-pack furniture and this one by far had the worst instructions. I'm really disappointed, but there's no way I'll be able to disassemble and get it repacked to return.

Dissapointed about srews
Got to the end to realize the screws to short for the knobs of the dresser . Took me 4 hours to put it together . Only had a screw driver recommend drill. Quality wise it’s sturdy can’t hold alot of adult clothes great for baby items or kids.

You better have two to three hours and a lot of pacients to build it. It was no fun building it and the instructions were not real good but the box itself come out very well it's the sliding of the drawers that could be A LOT better. They really cheaped out on the sliding mechanisms.

Love this drawer chest! It was easy to set up and perfectly matched the rest of my furniture. It's very sturdy, elegant and functional. I love how the drawers glide smoothly and also offer ample storage space for my many items. I totally recommend it.

Takes a while and would be better with 2 people. Need scissors, manual and electric screwdrivers. Instructions not clear. See my pictures below, install drawer rails all the way to front of drawer (not like instructions photo in center!)

Simple but small
It's very easy to install and put together but after is build I noticed the drawers don't come out far enough. Almost half of the drawers stay inside and is a bit challenging to put cloth in it.

Wonderfully packaged, but heavy box. Piece #4 on the top right side was missing the drilled holes for the dowels, but you can glue it into place as it's more decorative. Instructions were not for the faint of heart. I recommend you have some experience putting things together, as how to place the glides was very tricky to figure out based on the pictures. No holes were on the bottom of the drawers for the glides, so I strongly recommend having a power screwdriver before attempting assembly. But once you figure it all out, quite a sturdy and cute piece.

Perfect color perfect size
This is exactly what i need for a 5 draws storage, i love this oak gray color so much! I leave it in living room instead bedroom, because i love everything of this, nice color right size next to my sofa, 5 draws storage is large enough for many stuff, and this is a best place to organize my snack. When you open the box, you can see a spare hardware which is nice. Now i am so enjoying my time to stay in living room because of this, watching tv and having my favorite snack, life is good!
