Great buy!
I love this tent! I expected it to be flimsy and hard to put together based on other reviews…. But it’s actually way sturdier than any other tent I’ve gotten for my kids! And even though the parts weren’t labeled, it’s a pretty basic design and assembled really well! I added light and a comfier pad…. My kids have been playing in it non-stop!

ok but disappointing
I purchased this tent as a gift for my 3 year old. Just finished putting it together. The tubes that create the frame are sturdy unless your child jumps on them or hits them with something heavy. The material also seems sturdy and I expect it to hold up to play. Unfortunately there are issues with this tent. As others have mentioned, the lights and battery box are extremely flimsy and will not take the slightest abuse. Even if dropped, they would likely shatter. One of my star lights was even broken when I opened the package (see pic). Also, there is no way to secure the lights and it's box to the tent. Perhaps the biggest complaint is the instruction manual. It's mediocre at best with tiny print and unclear depictions. The box nor manual show a good picture of what the final product should look like, so I had to refer to the pictures here on the Target website. Finally, the ribbon used to attach the mat to the tubes is quite short. If you plan on tying a knot, it will be fine but then you can't easily remove the mat for washing. I tied it in normal bows and it was a pain. Despite these many flaws, I belive my daughter will be quite happy and enjoy her new tent. I would recommend the tent as long as you're aware of these shortcomings.

Playhouse for Princesses
Was fairly easy to assemble except the parts were not actually lettered/numbered. Would have been quicker and easier if they had stickers to identify. The girls absolutely loved it and I could fit inside with them also which I wasn’t sure about. Best Christmas gift I’ve given so far!!

Great tent, but lights broken
the tent was easy to assemble, and was a perfect for my 8 and 4 year old to fit inside. my only complaint- the string star lights came broken in their package.

Didn't hold up.
Maybe my 3yo is just a hoss but she destroyed this within a day. She tipped in over and bend the pipes, poked a hole in the window and one of the ties for the mat came off. There is also no way to hang the lights on it, there are no hooks or loops or anything and there is a big battery pack attached to them so I’m not sure how you are supposed to hang them like they are in the picture unless you make your own hole and somehow attach it to the inside.

Dangerous
I love the playhouse and my 2.5 year old live it too! However, the lights/stars that came with it are made of glass and they break really easy. They break without you doing anything. It is very dangerous for a toddler who tends to pick up food from the floor and put them in their mouth. What if, they pick up those little broken glasses and put them in their mouth. I feel like they should not even sell the stars made of glass with the playhouse. Kids can actually die from these if they swallow these little pieces of glass. Too bad, I can’t return it anymore because I had just assemble the playhouse and breaking it apart is just too much.

Love it!
My daughter is 7 and absolutely loves this playhouse. It's large enough for older kids like herself to play in it with another friend or 2. The mat is comfy and the twinkle lights are a cute touch. Overall it's a great playhouse for the price. I've spent much more for way less quality and size.
