Great little house
Super cute, my kids love playing outside this house. Great value for money. No doorbell. The wood didn't split, no issues assembling it, and it was super quick and easy, my husband and I put it together in about 30 minutes.

Amazing!!!
I'm not usually one to write reviews. But when I was assembling this house I found myself eager to write a review. The instructions were perfect and all the parts and hardware were very clearly labeled. It took me about 4 hours to assemble and I literally enjoyed every minute of it. I'm 5'2" and 68 and can use tools. A drill would have speeded up this project. My size worked in my favor since it's easiest to finish the house from the inside. The finished house was exactly as described and in the pictures. My grandkids love it. I bought it for my 2 year old granddaughter and 5 year old grandson but the older grandkids and granddaughters love it too. The 12 and 13 year olds can't stand up in it but that didn't stop them from sitting in it! This is the best thing I've ever bought!!!

Really like it so far
Perfect for cool and warm climates! I can easily keep an eye on my baby and each area is perfect for water play, pretend play, side tables, and open and close mechanisms for doors and grills :)

My son loved it.
It was so easy to put together that I was able to do it myself. It's very sturdy and all the pieces fit together perfectly. My son was so excited to see me put it together and couldn't wait to start playing with it. I especially liked that it was spacious enough inside to accommodate multiple children. The sun canopy on top is also great. Definitely recommend.

Chicken Coop
Did some interior modifications, built a perch, and then converted it into a chicken coop since everyone was selling it for such a high price. The chickens and I love it!

Great product
My two and three year old love this toy house. Step 2 never disappoints. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. The winds were 25 mph today and yesterday and my husband was worried the hood would blow off but it is still standing. I built it myself and I am not good at putting things together. It is actually very simple.

Build an awesome chicken coop!
covered all the openings with metal cloth and sealed the door gaps and turned my playhouse into a perfect little chicken coop. It's so cute and I would buy it ten times and make them into chicken coops! Your little one will outgrow this playhouse in a year or two. But the chickens won't :)

Great product, well made. We bought it for our kids and they loved it, but if I eat one more fake cheeseburger I'm going to go crazy! Your kids will definitely not be able to live without this, so if you can handle fake BBQ every day...buy it now!

Expensive
For a Little Tikes product, I felt the workmanship was pretty cheap. Easy assembly, but not as good quality as I remember Little Tikes from. Also, it's labeled large, but it's not really that big - maybe a little tall, but not huge - two kids can fit in, but that's it. Would have liked to have a chair in there, but then there's nowhere to put it. Price-wise, it's a bit disappointing, but I'm going to a two-year-old's party on Saturday, and it's not time to go back.

Definitely not suitable for an 8 year old. Perfectly suitable for 1 to 4 year olds. Not so suitable for 6 year olds.

Many pieces cracked
Unfortunately, multiple pieces of wood splintered. Some of the wood did not have pre-drilled holes in it and when drilling, more pieces splintered. We ended up having to buy wood glue and hope the cracks didn't get worse. Our 16 month old wouldn't know the difference but for a brand new dollhouse at this price, I was disappointed that there were so many splinters. I don't think we can take it apart now without making it worse, so a return may not be possible. We'll see how it holds up to the elements but at this time we wouldn't recommend this dollhouse. I'm giving 3 stars because it's cute and the instructions were easy to follow. But for the price, I expected better quality.

Very nice high quality children's playground
Really good quality dollhouse! It's solid wood and all the parts fit together really well, it's well made and easy to assemble. It took about an hour to assemble with a drill. If you build it outside on soft ground it can be a little difficult to line up all the parts so it's best to build it on solid ground. The instructions say the flower box goes in backwards but I think I put mine in backwards. The only thing I think could be improved is that the floor could be a little more reinforced. It's fine for small kids and that's what it's for but if an adult tried to get in there they would probably fall through the floor as it's only held on with a few screws on all sides. It's small but great for kids.

I'm not very impressed. It arrived with a crack in the door. I called Little Tikes and they replaced it for me. It was very light. Almost blew away in the wind. If it wasn't for the low price I would have returned it. I used to think Little Tikes products were great. Now they are garbage.

So cute! But not durable enough
This cubby house was super easy to build and use. It's light enough to move by itself, but a little heavy. It's great until the wind starts to get strong. It won't hold up to 60+ mph winds...if you live in a very windy area, I'd recommend getting a stand. My kids love this cubby house because they can play in it! I'd recommend putting it on a porch or indoors for quality.
