    Good Concept, Unfortunately Received a Damaged Part

    We were really looking forward to setting up the Avenlur playhouse, as the design is beautiful and very appealing for children. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, one of the fabric panels was already damaged, with noticeable tearing along the seam (see attached photo). For a product in this price range, this was disappointing and prevented us from assembling and using the playhouse as intended. Because the damage was present upon arrival, we are requesting a replacement for the defective part or a full replacement of the unit. We hope Avenlur can address this promptly, as the playhouse itself has great potential and our child was very excited to use it.

    Playhouse with desk. Great accessory

    Time consuming but easy to assemble. The foam insert is too big for the fabric casing so that is a little annoying because it won’t lay flat. The board that looks like a chalkboard looks and feels more plastic so I’m not sure if it’s fully functional or what could be used on it. Without those few issues, it would be a higher rating.

    Playroom Upgrade
