Smells and cushions fall off

The size is perfect for our space and the construction of the base seems pretty good so far but the Off-gasing odor is sooo strong. We’ve had this for almost two month and it still smells like plastic. Cushions also don’t stay on and we are always having to readjust. Really wanted to like this.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. Was missing 4 important parts in order to build the sectional and received 2 extra unnecessary parts that I could not use. Tried to contact Target several times and was never able to receive a response on whether I could receive the missing parts. Now I have to disassemble everything, package all the parts into 4 large boxes and take to FedEx. A complete waste of hours of time.

Cushions are terrible

The cushions are beyond faded after less than 2 years (and I live in the north east where we have quite short summers). The cushions are not standard size and I have not been able to find any replacements. Both target and Conway were useless in helping.

This set is nice, and since it was 50% off it worth it. I would not have kept it otherwise. the cushions are very thin, but firm. I have it set in a 3 season porch so it won't be weathered on. I don't think it would last long outdoors.

Looks Great, Good Deal

I ordered this last year at the end of the season. It is still really nice. It's very sturdy, yet lightweight and easy to move. The sections switch out easily, so you can configure the seating according to your space. I have a large potted plant on the corner of my porch, so I reconfigured to allow the pot be in the corner. I think for the price, the cushions are good quality. They are made with zippers, so you can wash them easily (I just did, and they washed well with no problems). I would suggest using scotch guard on the cushions to keep them from getting stained. Overall, I am pleased. I get compliments on it by everybody that sees it. The wicker is actually thin strips of acacia wood coated in a thick, plastic-like coating. I know this because one of my tiki torches sparked and caught a part of the table on fire. It burned and melted a corner of the table (see picture). :/ So, I am trying now to see if I can purchase a replacement panel...

Cushions are very comfortable, however unless backed up into a corner the couch slides apart. Not great for lounging when the seats slide apart.

Just an ok sectional

The pillows are pretty flimsy and probably won't hold up long. The frame itself is metal, but the reinforcement under the seat is just twisted rattan. I'm sure it won't hold up long either. Save your money and buy something at a higher price point if you are looking for something that will last more than a couple of seasons.

bad customer service from costway

after I put the whole set together the table had a defect in it. Costway said it would take 2 to 3 months for a repacement piece because it comes from China. I had to take the whole thing apart and try to fit it in my car because it is 4 large boxes. I was so dissapointed because I spent hours of my time for nothing. Besides that, the set is very sturdy but the cushions are very thin.

Great value!

Loved that this came in 4 clearly marked boxes with instructions and hardware easy to find. Does take a bit of time to assemble, but considering the price, it was worth it. We've only had it outside for two days (hence the cushions still in plastic) so here's hoping it can weather the heat. One thing to note: we purposely ordered this the day we went on vacation knowing it wouldn't arrive until the following week. Surprise! It arrived in 2 days ...so plan accordingly!

Very Happy

We haven’t had it for long but it looks great and so far we’re loving it. I feel it’s a good deal for the price. The assembly is very labor intensive but the directions are easy to follow. Also, it said in the Q and A that it comes with clips to hook it together but it doesn’t.

PERFECT!

We recently purchased a Gazebo tent and needed outdoor furniture. We decided to order this set and have not been disappointed so far. We had it for about 4 weeks now and it is holding up well. We have about 3-4 people sitting on it during the 4th of July and it held up great. It’s comfortable and the quality of it is good so far. I wood definitely recommend trying this set. It didn’t take my husband too long to put it together. You will need patience though.

Lots of assembly required

Purchased for the deck in the back of my house. 4 big boxes and it has to be assembled. Instructions are confusing, but I figured it out. Once assembled, it looks good, cushions are on the thin side, but overall it’s a decent set.

Patio furniture

Nice and cute!
