Terrible customer service, Target

Imported this tree online. Delivered to me November 5. Went to the store to return today, December 4 after opening the box and found one string of lights not working to return. Was told the return window has closed since it’s not a Target product. Called customer service and they still won’t help me. Guess Target will take your money but won’t return your money when a product that you try and use less than 30 after receiving doesn’t work right out of the box.
