Target & Costway horrendous customer service

Cheap product. Filed a return a few days after receiving it, and got the bar code for in store return. It's a big package so took me a bit to get a vehicle for it to fit and get it to the store. When I got there, customer service desk said the return had already been processed and they couldn't accept it. They had me call an 800 there at the store, explained the situation to the team and they said the return label was expired and they couldn't process another one. Tried explaining my situation further and they blamed it on the Costway partner not being flexible and that there is nothing Target could do. Corporations never have a problem taking your money and paying a partner of there's but when there is a problem they wash their hands clean. I'm out $160 and a crappy product I can do anything with. It's exhausting how crappy companies can treat people with 0 accountability. Finally done shopping here again.
