I found a similar item I was planning to purchase for cheaper on Amazon that was comparable in size and thickness but then once I realized these had velcro to connect and make a larger work out area I decided on this one instead. I have a toddler and you never know if I’d want to get another one in the near future so I wanted that option. It’s a great work out mat that’s easy to clean, fold, carry, and store! What’s not the love?

The quality of the cover and foam are what I expected. It is easy to stick the mats togetherto make the mats wider. The velcro attachments to connect mats in the long direction leaves a sizeable gap (~2").

Versatile and lightweight.
Bought during the pandemic and finally need a replacement.I lived out of hotels during the pandemic due to work so I used this to avoid contact with the carpets when I wanted a quick work out. Since then its been heavily used as a camping mattress. Its comfy and lightweight.

I love these mats. When I used a regular yoga mat for Pilates I would get hip pain since I’m working out on hardwood. My spine and body are definitely more comfortable now. My husband and cat love them too! We even use them for a quick bed with blankets when watching a movie :)

First impression: impressed!!!
First impression is that this is going to be WAY better than I anticipated when I saw it (got it on a Target pickup on sale this week). Upon first appearance, I thought it was going to be too thick and soft to do the HIIT work I thrive on. First session done, and I’m astounded by how firm it was - my usually cranky knee didn’t even squeak at me as much as it usually does with the particular workout I did! I’m anxiously hopeful that it will hold up well over time. Time will tell and I plan to update this review (or give a new one if you can’t edit later) after I’ve put more miles on it and can see how it really stands up. Two recommendations I have based on the first use: if you’re doing any plyometrics on a smooth floor, put a more rubber-y finish mat underneath to hold this one in place and protect your floor. Secondly, the Velcro on the one long edge (assuming it’s to connect multiple mats together?) is kinda sharp, at least on Minnesota-winter-dried skin, and I had to grab a bandaid after grazing it on the way up in a burpee. But now that I know that’s there, I can be more cautious next go round. If this holds up, I’d totally order a second to make a wider mat! It’s even long enough for my taller frame (5’10”).

BJJ & Animal Flow
Really like these mats. They feel high density and not squishy. They can be connected with the Velcro sides. I use these primarily for Brazilian ju jitsu training and animal flow exercises. Currently use 3, and plan on getting at least 2 more. I do worry about the material holding up long term but so far holding up great.
