Need a replacement part and screw

Missing a screw, and the climbing board has a small crack I'm afraid might cause my toddler to get a splinter sooner or later...tried to get that part replaced but target was of no help. I wish the seller would just send me the replacement part so I don't have to return it...

This item is awesome, strong, durable and great for the grandkids, however it’s not foldable and if it is the instructions do not tell you how to do that which is kinda annoying because I would like to put it away when the kids aren’t here.

Too short kids can hit their head above swing and the price is a lie as it said $300’plus now it’s $400’plus quality poor and once child slides all the way down they hurt their bum and back with the wooden end of slide . Pricing is a gimmick they play with original pricing

Very strong and safe

The triangular support frame is very sturdy, the material is smooth without burrs, and there is no odor. It is also great to use it indoors when the weather is cold.

Mini playground

Very sturdy mini playground, it takes some time to assemble, but when you are done you get a very sturdy slide and swing, the angle of the slide and the length of the swing can be adjusted, it is a real solid wood toy, my kids love it, spend a lot of time playing with it every day, I am glad I bought the best toy.
