Q: Was ir supposed to come with screws? The paper instructions has screws drawn on its outter page but no screws came with ours or in the directions.

Q: I see from the comments that there are small handles at the top of the slide. The pictured one here does not show them. Are there handles for climbing

A: The handles are designed for the child to grasp so they can get their bottom under them to be able to slide down the slide.

Cheap quality, disapointment
Cheaply made. We had an old one of these that of neighbor gave us. It made it through all their grandkids and my 3 oldest kids before being done. They loved it so much that I wanted to get one for my youngest. Who has quality gone downhill. Cheap plastic that won’t last too long. Very disappointing.

I had really high hopes for this product but turned out to be a headache. It was a Christmas gift for my son, after opening it he was really excited and loved the slide until I noticed when he got to the top that there's not much for him to hold to go down the slide making it easier for him to fall. Now I find myself trying to hide this toy before something happens.

Perfect for active toddlers
We needed an indoor activity option. My 2 and 3 year old practically live outside for most of the year. We have a small house, so I couldn't just build an indoor gym for them. This is a perfectly inexpensive alternative! Doesn't take up much space, and burns off that pent up energy when it's too cold to be outside. It's cheaply made, but sturdy. I ordered this while available with black Friday and did not receive an email that it was not available after I placed my order. Then it asked if I wanted to pick up at Loyd Expressway location so I chose that. Now I get on my app and you canceled my order. Not happy at all
