Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 2 nightstands as pictured. One was fine, the other box was very damaged in shipping. I'm a 73 yr old Senior ! Husband (whom is quite a handyman) got first one together in a bit over an hour. The second one (damaged box) did not have all the parts to put it together ( assuming they fell out of the FedX shipping box)! Very frustrating as these were an ASAP order for a gift! I get in touch with Target Customer Svc with a very nice lady that takes all my info & proceeds to tell me she will get in touch with Costway, then 2 days later I get another message concerning damaged one wanting us to empty damaged box & lay out all of the contents for Costway to look at & access!! We've already spent HOURS of time, spent $200 ! I simply asked for either missing parts to be sent for damaged one or I could return the damaged one but I needed a replacement ASAP! This is totally ridiculous & HORRIBLE customer service!! The one we got put together is visually nice however keep in mind these are not real wood but I did like it. JUST TRYING TO GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DAMAGED ONE! THIS COMPLAINT IS ON TARGET and COSTWAY!
