Didn’t last very long. Plays Chinese music. Doesn’t have a whole lot of power in the grass, especially if there’s two little kids sitting in it. I’d imagine it would be better on the pavement.

Do not purchase

We are so disappointed with this. The battery has completely given out on us and we’ve had it less than two years. Also… clearly not from US. The songs and accents in the jeep clearly are from another country. The remote was always difficult to work and the buttons on the jeep were tempting for our child to push, so he would switch on/off, remote/ manual mid driving etc. I will steer clear of this brand going forward.

Poor battery, <1 yr since purchase

Bought almost 1 year ago and battery will not hold a charge longer than 5-10 mins. Have never left plugged in longer than recommended and is kept in garage. Have only actually used it a hand full of times. Also will really slow down when going up an incline even if its a slight incline there is very obvious change in speed. Would not recommend this product.

Horrible product and costway customer service is horrible

Not even a year old and driven maybe 10 times and doesn't hold a charge. Shuts off after a minute after being fully charged. Contacted customer service for target and costway and both stated there's nothing they can do. Do not spend your money on this. Basically lost $280 and some very upset children as a result.

Save Your Money

Doesn’t hold a charge much at all, is very slow and overall just a bad buy. My son has had a John Deere Gator for years and it’s still going strong. We bought this for our daughter thinking it would be fun for them to ride around together - this can’t keep up to the slow mode on the John Deere and the battery life doesn’t come close to lasting as long… I thought I was getting a good deal because the original price was $600+, how could they sell a bad product for that much?!? Well, I was wrong.. this thing isn’t worth $50. You get what you pay for - do yourself a favor and buy a John Deere!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely awful product. The music loaded into the car is a giveaway that this is a poorly made product made overseas. Used it 5 times and the motor failed. The terrible music stills works though, so my 2.5 year old daughter has something to listen to while she waits for this to drive again, not fully realizing that it will never work again.

So far so good (assembly sucks)

This was a huge pain to put together and some parts don’t feel super secure, but we’ve been using for 2 or 3 months and our daughter and neighborhood kids love it. We like the fact that we can override their steering with the remote control (though the batteries drain super fast, we’ve already changed twice). Overall happy but there are probably better quality cars out there.

Battery has a short life. Very challenging to assemble

Bought this for my 2 toddlers who love it! However, we had to return our first one because it was making a constant clicking noise when running. With our second, we are having a hard time getting the lights attached. It also doesn’t hold a charge well. We can barely make it down our street and back. It’s also very challenging to assemble! I think it took my house 4-5 hrs. It is a good price point for one of these cars, however, I don’t know that I would recommend purchasing.
