Poor quality and customer service

Ordered 2 prior to our pool being completed. Unboxed and started using them 3-4 weeks ago. Today one of the poles tore through the end of the fabric. Neither Target nor Costway will replace because they are now outside the return window. Very disappointing, especially with Target’s decision to not replace. Note: Prior to this happening, we ordered a third one to add more shade but had to return it because it was a different color even though we reordered the same umbrella. Poor customer service and quality control.

Broke in the first storm we had

Unfortunately this umbrella broke in the first big storm we had. The umbrella was wound down but the fabric still cane detached from the frame and ripped off.

Fabric Stitches No Bueno

Fabric of umbrella poorly attached with weak stitching to top. It all unraveled quickly. Returned to store. Frame seemed good.

Been in the sun 6 weeks and the red has faded dramatically

I bought 2. Had to return one and reorder. The first one went outside. 6 weeks later I finally unpacked the second one and the first one has faded a lot. The underside of both match perfectly, but the top of the one that has been outside ( on the right in the picture) is majorly faded. In 6 weeks. It is late in the season and I might have to deal with it since stores have moved on to Halloween and Christmas, but these are garbage.
