  • A: If you look at each arm, it's at the end of one. The switch is closest to where the arm sits in the pocket of the umbrella material. The picture of the umbrella is WRONG! It shows the switch being near the crank. I almost returned this umbrella for the lack of information (no instructions in the box) and the unhelpful answers here in it's Q&A.

    The switch can be in one of TWO places

    So far I like this but it's quite new. However many people struggle to find the switch. One answer posted the instruction manual showing the switch on the shaft of the umbrella. But I got no manual at all with mine and in fact on mine the switch is at the outer edge of one rib. So look in both places.

    Weird light switch.

    High-quality patio table umbrellas

    have been using it for 4 weeks now and have had no issues so far. It was very easy to install, covers a dining table with 6 chairs very well, opens and closes easily and looks great. We keep it away when not in use.

    An excellent choice with great value for money.

    I bought two for my pool. Not sure how long they will last, but they are worth every penny. I'd rather pay less and replace more often than spend a lot of money on an umbrella that is still worn out after a few years. I love this umbrella. The handle and everything is very sturdy, stable, and well made. Very well made, and fits perfectly.

    The pole is a bit thin

    I bought the 55 lb base from the same company. Used it for a year with no problems, but unfortunately it got blown over by the wind and the pole bent.

    love this umbrella so much! The seawater color (Tiffany Blue) is so vivid and adds a pop of color to my backyard. It provides great shade on sunny days and also performs really well in breezes. It's super easy to open and close. I've already received so many compliments from guests! Highly recommended.

    This is a high quality patio umbrella. Remember to buy a stand as it is not included. This umbrella works flawlessly and is exactly what I was looking for and was very easy to set up. The stand I bought weighs 25 lbs.
