I would have given this item 0 stars if I could. I ordered this drone through Target only to receive a different drone from Contixo as I was told this item was no longer available. According to the letter Contixo put in the box I was given an “upgrade” but it costs less than the one I bought. I specifically bought this drone so my child would have a built in screen on his remote to see live footage because he doesn’t have a phone, he’s 9. The drone I was sent requires a phone to connect to the remote to see the live footage. I’ve tried calling and emailing Contixo to come to a resolution that works for my needs and have received no response and no one ever answers the phone. The only thing Target offered was to return the item in store only, I can’t mail it back. Horrible customer service all the way around as the closest Target is 90 miles away. I’m extremely frustrated! Do not buy this drone, as it’s not available any longer!
