Best mug I had in a long time and
First thing first I love my Contigo I have two but unfortunately the seal wears out then it starts to leak that is the only problem I have with it keeps my coffee hot for hours at work I was just wondering if you sell the seals that I can purchase or do I have to buy another one which is cool I will but I don't want to throw out the ones I have would love to keep on using them

Keeps drinks hot for hours, leak-proof lid, comfor
I’ve been using these OXO 9-inch tongs and they’re excellent. Very sturdy, easy to grip, and gentle on non-stick cookware. The nylon heads provide great control without scratching pans. Perfect size for everyday cooking. Highly recommend!

My favorite for now!!
One of the best, it has a good insulation for a long time hot my coffee. Always taking it everywhere, It is always easy to carry and quite strong. I have two, one for me and one for my husband and they work perfectly for us.

Water bottle
The Byron 2.0 bottle shirt is surprisingly handy and well-made. The fabric feels durable, and it holds bottles securely without stretching or sagging. Great coffee cup for work!
I have been using these travel mugs for coffee for over 3 years for work. They stay hot, are dishwasher safe, and leakproof. Make sure the rubber seal in the lid is in correctly if you do get a leak. The paint tends to chip on the colored ones after a few years but it doesn't affect the intended purpose.

Its still a good Contigo, but the West Loop 3.0 C
I really like Contigo mugs, they. are extremely durable.. but I dont care for this snap lid one. I prefer the west loop auto close style. I bought this one because it was a bit cheaper, but its not drop proof per say like the west loop. So I donated it. The west loop i dropped down an entire flight of stairs and it never spilled.a drop! Sure, it has dents, and the paint has peeled because I dont follow dishwasher directions, but I still love it! This snap close one, you have to remember to manually snap closed and falling right, it will open it. I also dont like having to open and close it with the flip lid. For the extra dollars, the west loop 3.0 will forever be my mug!

Good but don’t last for the lifetime warranty
I initially bought a West Loop because of the design and lifetime warranty. I liked it very much so I bought several Byron’s. I like the design and the stainless steel bodies hold up well. The problem is with the rubbery grips, rubbery parts of the lids. The rubber breaks down, gets sticky and oozes an oily goo. The lifetime warranty is not as good as it sounds as you are required to show proof of purchase on an item that several years old. Ok, I’d buy new lids but they are no longer available like they were when I originally bought the mugs. I like the designs but I’ll buy a different brands cheaper mugs now and not plan on them lasting a lifetime since Contigo’s have irreplaceable parts that don’t last for a lifetime.

Absolute favorite mug! 24 ounces of coffee and stays piping hot for at least 4-6 hours! Perfect for nurses who make coffee at home and bring to work! It does stay hot for 6-8 hours but I like my coffee hot! It keeps things cold and fits easily into any backpack, purse or travel mug! Highly recommend!

Worth it
I have been using this mug for years and it’s still as it is brand new the durability is amazing,cleaning it is also very easy and let me tell you it keeps your drink hot or cold for a long time as well.It fits in every bag since it isn’t so big which is good for traveling with.

Great Until It's Not (Lid Fail)
I now own 3 Byron mugs that are unusable, I kept buying them (until now) because they're truly one-handed and leakproof -- until each lid failed, within 1-2 years, Attempted to replace the gasket without success; it kept twisting and I could not get it seated properly, Hard to understand why Contigo does not offer replacement Snapseal lids, given the durability of the body of the mug, and the fact that this is a known issue.

Replacement snap lid
You don't sell replacement snap on lids. Mine fell in the dishwasher and was ruined by the heating element
