The product is great. What is not great is that in store it's $13 in the app it was $8, so instead of grabbing it off the shelf and buying it right away I had to order it through drive up and have someone do more work to bring it out to me....even though I was previously standing in front of it.

Broken handle
Overall a great water bottle for any paw patrol loving child. Rating it 2 stars because the handle of ours has broken off and we’ve only had the bottle for about 1 month… it’s mostly been a daycare water bottle and should be able to handle normal use.

Sticky packaging
I was so excited to purchase my 1 year old a new water bottle and, with all the selections, I chose this one! I am excited for its features and everything it has to offer, but I have to say, as a mommy who doesn’t have a lot of time on her hands, the fricken sticky residue left behind upon opening the package has me incredibly distraught. I know I’m a person who personally cannot stand stickers and their dirty, sticker left behinds; however, the packaging with its gum-like sticking could be the death of me. I have used hot water, dish soap and a scrub over three times now and the residue is still there and, I’m not easily triggered, I clean poopy diapers and spit up for a living; however, this gooey mess in my sink has me incredibly distraught. I was so excited to take my boy out to purchase a new, big boy water bottle and now trying to clean it for his use is making me so frustrated. I really hope it functions well! I’m still excited to have it! I want to write my son’s name all over it and make it ours! I just can’t stand this disgusting goo all over it, brand new! I’m sorry for the 3 stars! I bet it’ll be nice once I get it finally clean

We got three of these for our 1 year old. One got sent to daycare and we kept two. They work great….except I wish you could buy replacement spouts. She bit through one and now we have an unusable bottle.

Well loved but didn’t last..
Well loved but didn’t last. Our kids loved these however, they are no longer leakproof and I haven’t found an easy fix for the silicone mouth piece my kids teeth inevitably bit through. I can’t figure out why they are leaking though. Open or shut small drips of water come through somewhere, not the but part of the silicone that is not where it the leakproof part is. We loved these but now they just make a mess.
