Description

At the 1815 Congress of Vienna, Tsar Alexander (Willy Fritsch) sought to foil the assembled foreign dignitaries looking to undermine his position by having his lookalike retainer (Fritsch, again) throw them off. A complicated situation grew even more so, as both men fell for the same vivacious glove saleswoman (Lilian Harvey).
