If I could give this no stars, I would. I was looking forward to receiving this item, but when I started unwrapping it from the protective wrap, I heard something that sounded like glass. I was able to unwrap it enough and saw that it was cracked in half. Luckily when I was unwrapping it, I did it over a rubbish can so most of the shards of glass didn’t fall onto the floor.

Disappointed in this item and customer service
So cute but it was first sent with a crack, I did an exchange via mail and the other one came chipped. I tried to exchange via mail again because it is so cute and I want to keep it but they will only exchange once even though it came chipped. Customer service was very unhelpful and even ended the chat before I could respond once. Disappointed in this item and the experience.

Wavy bottom, can't actually hold things
This is so pretty, and I wanted to use it in the bathroom to corral products. Unfortunately, the bottom of the tray is not level. The glass is super wavy/bubbly, so you can't stand anything up on it.
