Highly disappointed in the ordering of this product. It was ordered with a specific delivery day and I checked to see why I had not received it was I advised by ups tracking that it was due to arrive 5 days following the scheduling date. I was scheduled to leave the country and never received the item leaving me with no choice but to request it be returned to sender, no product and waiting for a refund. In convenience at its best and poor customer service from target.

Delivery too late
Today was the confirmed delivery date for my order, but the delivery did not arrive as scheduled. I did not receive the goods, and only later was I informed that the new delivery date would be January 11, 2026. This delay is unacceptable. I stayed home the entire day today specifically to wait for this delivery, and as a result, I was unable to go anywhere or arrange other work. This situation has caused inconvenience and disrupted my schedule due to your failure to deliver on time. I request a clear explanation for this delay and an immediate solution to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Please advise how you will resolve this matter as soon as possible.
