The Chicco KeyFit Infant Car Seat Base is engineered with innovative features that make it the easiest infant car seat base to install simply, accurately, and securely every time.
A ReclineSure leveling foot and two RideRight bubble level-indicators help achieve and verify proper angle in the vehicle seat. It’s also equipped with premium LATCH connectors and a SuperCinch tightener for a secure fit with a fraction of the effort! For alternate installation with the vehicle seat belt, clear belt routing and integrated lock-offs make it easy to position, tighten and lock the belt into place. A smooth underside helps protect vehicle seats from damage.
The KeyFit® Base is designed for use with KeyFit® and KeyFit® 30 Infant Car Seats (sold separately). This base is not compatible with KeyFit® 35 or KeyFit® Max Infant Car Seats.

A: All car seats and car seat bases have expiration dates. On Chicco Infant car seats, this information is located on a white sticker on the bottom of the car seat and inside the well of the base.

A: The KeyFit Max Infant Car Seat is only compatible with the KeyFit Max car seat base. The KeyFit and KeyFit 30 Infant Car Seats are compatible with both the KeyFit Car Seat Base and the KeyFit Max Car Seat Base.

A: The Chicco KeyFit/KeyFit 30 infant car seat base is only compatible with the KeyFit and Keyfit 30 infant car seats. It is not compatible with the MyFit Harness + Booster car seat. The base is attached to the MyFit car seat and is not detachable.

Poor service
Four hours after I placed the order I realized that I ordered the wrong car seat base. I tried to cancel the order but received and email saying it couldn’t be canceled. I now have to make a special trip to one of your stores to return the item and have my target card credited. Probably will never shop at Target in the future.

Quick and easy to install
Used this base and the corresponding car seat with my 3rd. Installation is sooooo much easier with this base than it was with the car seats I used with my first two.
