Pretty color, nice fabric but no one's bust is THAT high

The color was very pretty. The fabric was nice -- even though it is not cotton, which is what the description details said it was. Most upsetting, the elasic under the bust is SO high that it was actually ON my bust -- which, as you can imagine, was uncomfortable in the extreme. No woman's bust is that high!
