[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this Carebelly Organic Purple Carrot Blueberry Banana Smoothie pouch (baby puree) myself. I also had my boyfriend and two sons try it. The packaging is nice and mess-free. I think this is a great option for babies and even toddlers to get good nutrition into their diets. It tastes really good. Not too sweet or too tarte, or too bland. The texture is perfect. We did notice a distinct earthy flavor, which I realized after taking a closer look at the ingredients, was from mushrooms! I thought that was very interesting; something I’ve never noticed in others before. I like that this has a wide variety of nutrients! I’m unsure if many people have allergies to mushrooms, and I’ve never heard of it, or seen it mentioned as warning on labels, but I have to assume that it’s not a common threat and that it provides beneficial nutrients. It does specify the specific kind of mushroom, and i hadn’t heard of it, but the earthy taste didn’t deter any of us from the puree. I would recommend and purchase!
