Not the same style and color as pictured

I was so excited to see this style and combo -- what I should have received is a black with red accent, full-thumb covered lightweight glove. What I got instead with zero explanation was a white with gold accent glove with open thumb design. Even if I wanted the white color, which I definitely don't, the open thumb design is a different style with far less protection. I don't understand why this is so vastly different than what is shown online. I will have to return these.
