worked great, until it didn't
I bought the Cascade complete and for a long time I was very impressed compared to the previous produce I was using. Now the packets don't dissolve in the hot wash cycle. I find the packets lying on the bottom of the washer. Sadly I bought the 78 pack, and only had success with about 20 of them. I even placed one of the failed ones in a bowl of water, and it is not dissolving after 30 min. I tried to contact the company, and there is no simple way to do that. I was very happy with the results at first, but if the packet does not dissolve, it can't work at all. I tried to send fhotos, but was not able to do so.

I like the product. But, please clean up you advertised tv having people do unsavory table manners. Licking the plate and wiping ones mouth with the back of a hand disgusting.

terrible product does not work at all
I have a brand new high end dishwasher ( GE Cafe ) I recently switched to Cascade platinum plus and I am very very disappointed. The packs do not dissolve completely and I have to run my dishwasher a second time to rinse the left over soap/chemicals off my dishes and dishwasher. Dishes remain dirty and I have to handwash.

Different factors can contribute to this issue, and we’d love to share some helpful tips to ensure the ActionPacs™ dissolve completely and you get the Cascade clean. Please make sure the dispenser cup is clear of any obstructions and that the sprayer arms in your dishwasher can move freely. Also, clear food particles or debris that may have accumulated in the sprayer arm holes. When handling the ActionPac, it's beneficial to have dry hands and to ensure the dispenser cup is dry before inserting the ActionPac. Moisture can sometimes cause the ActionPac to stick to the dispenser cup, which may affect its dissolution. We recommend running the dishwasher when other household water demands, like showers or laundry, are not in use. This will help ensure that an adequate amount of water is available for the washing process. Please be sure the water temperature is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Good product but not the greatest for me. I have ish it was a little more powerful so that I didn’t have to hand-wash the ones with more stubborn stuff. It did dissolve well and no residue was present.

Nope
Usually use Finish pods but they were out so we tried these. Unfortunately they don’t fit in my detergent slot because they’re like round balls instead of flat like finish. One and done on these Cascade balls.

I’ve been using the Cascade Platinum pods, and they honestly work so well. Even when I load the dishwasher full, everything comes out spotless — no cloudy glasses, no food residue, nothing. I also love that the pods dissolve completely, so there’s no sticky film left behind. It’s super easy: just pop one in and the dishes come out looking shiny and fresh every time. Definitely one of the best dishwasher pods I’ve tried.

Pods stuck together
I pick up my cascade dish washer pods - the last container had many stuck together - I use but when pull apart I lose the liquid. I am hoping the next container is better I am a loyal customer

Powerful cleaning without pre-rinsing and leaves e
Cascade Platinum ActionPacs have worked really well for me. My dishes come out truly clean and shiny without having to pre-rinse, even when there are dry food residues after cooking. The scent is fresh and light and does not stay on the dishes which is something I really appreciate. I have also noticed that the dishwasher looks cleaner after each use. The pods dissolve completely and they are very convenient because you just place one and you are done, no measuring or mess. For me the performance and results make the product absolutely worth it.

Gets the job done
These dishwasher pacs clean my dishes bery well. Depending on the dishwasher itself they can be hit or miss. I had an older dishwasher and I had to use rinse aid but now that I got a new one they work perfectly as advertised. They leave some room for user error incase you miss some spots of food. The scent is very nice and refreshing .

Why do they have to melt!
I like cascade for the most part, but have found if I place the box under the sink the pods melt together. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? Love the smell and how clean my dishes are after, but I also “pre-soak” for a deeper clean.

Horrible
Half our 59 count of dish detergent was obviously a machine error with the amount of bad packages and this wasn’t close to all of them. Is this Cascade or a cheap dollar store knock off because these darn things are empty of everything useful
