Damaged item and no help from Customer Service

The item arrived damaged, which was disappointing. I contacted customer service to request a pickup since the box was too large to fit in my vehicle. Unfortunately, they were unable to offer a pickup option and advised that I would need to find a way to return it myself. I don’t typically write reviews for situations like this, but I was surprised by how this was handled, as I’ve always had positive experiences with Target in the past.
