    Excellent desk; easy-to-follow assembly instructions

    I've bought many Sauder products over the years, and I'm always pleased with how easy they are to put together and how high quality to finished product looks and feels. This desk was no exception; the parts were all of excellent construction, fit together perfectly, and the instructions were very easy to follow. The parts were well-packed and arrived with zero damage, so I appreciate that. If I had one small change request, it would be to find another packing material that works as well as Styrofoam. It tends to break apart during shipping and then spread all over the house when I open the box! Very, very small complaint. Excellent product!

    Great looking, but allow full afternoon for assembly

    The desk is impressively crafted to go together very well. Still to unpack dispose of all the materials and assemble it carefully. You need it full afternoon. I still would recommend it. It's quality is great.

    Product good for the prive

    I will use it for a home office desk. It is the right size for my space. I did find it time consuming to put together. I would advise having help. I would recommend this product for someone having a tight space.

    Good quality product, a couple assembly glitches.

    The desk is good quality and generally easy to assemble, but it's not a quick process. Part O (under the pencil drawer) was too short and I slightly damaged the drawer back panel before I realized that. Step 19, Part 4 should make it clear that the screws for the face panel are screwed in from inside the drawer. All other assembly instructions were clear.

    Nice looking desk

    Nice looking Damaged corner on one of the panels (was hidden from view so I let it slide). Too many parts to assemble Screw holes not drilled in side panel (D113). I drilled them out myself.

    Interesting Build

    The instructions are better than normal for a self build item. Some parts were not marked with the part numbers.For Part number Z, the sliver 2 inch flat head screws 57s were not long enough and wonder if the small engagement in the particle board wil hole over time. A better way would be to use a screw and tunnel nut to hole the large block of particle board to part number D. The file cabinet assembled good but once i slid the large draw in , it could not come out so i have to figure out how to remove the file cabinet

    Great looking solid desk.

    Packaging is suspect as it is a heavy product and box was a little beat up. One leg collapsed as I turned the desk over near end of assembly. Slight damage but not serious as drawer helps with structure. Looks and works great.

    This is a wonderful upgrade to my previous computer desk

    This new desk has provided a more comfortable experience when using my computer. There is much more leg room under the desk to allow for both easier desktop monitor viewing and smoother keyboard use.

    this desk is what i was looking for

    It took me over 2 years to find a desk that I liked enough to buy that wasn't outrageously expensive for a home office desk in a small space. The directions were very straightforward and easy to understand. Especially, it was a great idea to put in the size of the screws that went into each component in the diagrams. All the pieces fit together quite well. I am happy with my purchase.

    Desk looks just like the ad.

    Even being a composition, the desk feels sturdy. It took us 5 hours to put together. Not all pieces were marked, and we just had to guess.
