Great Fish Oil

These are tested at an independent lab for purity. This is very important when choosing a fish oil supplement. I always take with food, and don't have issues with anything fishy going on later.

Carlson fish oil-pregnancy

My sister took this during her pregnancy and recommended me taking this when I found out I was pregnant. I'm only 17 weeks right now. But I read up on all the benefits of taking fish oil during pregnancy. I felt safe taking this brand since its mercury free.

best for overall health

after years of taking fish oil supplements I have found the one concentrationIthat works best for all my dietary needs. Unfortunately swanson does not carry the DHA concentration in their products, so i buy the Carlson brand from them. Still the best price ( for name brands) anywhere!!

I have tried at least 15 DHA tablets over the years and these are as good as Nordic Naturals and for a lower price in my estimation.
