Works for the puppy and cats

My only complaint is that the release button keeps getting stuck down after being pressed. It comes back up but you have to move the piece back into place. But this definitely does what it is made for. Even my 20 lb big, orange cat can fit through the cat door. It keeps the puppy upstairs and lets the cats into the basement.

Good quality. Like the gate. Would have given it 5 star but it wasn’t as described. Said it would fit up to a 39inch door and it does not fit my 39inch door
