The built-in small dog door is perfect for my teacup chihuahua, allowing her to come and go freely, while still keeping my pit bull safely contained. It’s sturdy, well-made, and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. Installation was quick and easy, and the latch is secure enough that I don’t have to worry about bigger dogs pushing through. It’s functional and practical for multi-dog households. Highly recommend if you have both small and large dogs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was pretty easy to assemble, easy to operate, durable, my only concern is I’m not an over weight person, but it seems like the opening isn’t very big, it’s hard to walk through with something like a laundry basket, trash can, or anything kinda large. But it does the job it’s suppose to do, keeping the dog on the other side of the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve installed many gates over the past 6 years, having 3 kids who love to expire and climb. This gate is quite easy to install; I really like the design of the tightening knobs because they have a nice grip pattern and don’t require an extra tool to grasp and turn them nice and tight. The wall mounts have a grip on them, making a wall nanny not as necessary. The opening clasp is easy to use and very user friendly as it only took one time for my 3 year old to master opening it. The little pet door is pretty cute but I find it funny that the dog in the picture is a medium breed and the pet door seems like its meant for little breeds, or pretty much any size cat. Maybe it’s meant to keep most dogs out of a room but allow cats in and out privileges? Also, it’s not really extra wide. It wasn’t wide enough for our bedroom door opening or most openings in my home. It only worked on a few of the doors with the extra widening piece installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was easy to put together until I realized that permanent holes needed to be installed in the door frame. The features are excellent however I’m unable to install it because I do not want to dig into the door frame and was hoping that it was tension operated instead. It is very light and can fit almost any size dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once assembled it does seem to work well; however, I ran into some trouble installing it. At step 3, the mounting pin didn't fit through the hole in the bracket. I drilled out the hole with a 21/64" drill bit and now the pin fits. I'm guessing there's some variability in the thickness of the finish on this part. Make sure to measure your doorway before buying, as it is advertised as "extra wide" which is up to 36.5". My normal feeling door is 36" which requires almost fully extending the adjustment rods making it feel a bit precarious. Finally,I would appreciate the bottom rods to be attached higher from the floor to accommodate baseboards.

Installation was expected, taking about 20 minutes to read through everything and get it set up. The unit is easy to use. We like having the small pet door to keep the dogs contained while we're gone but it still lets the cats have free reign. This is my favorite brand for gates; we have several in our home. I would recommend this to others in the market for a pet gate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good size very high. The door part works great easy to use. Doesn't take up too much space very good. The latch was tricky at first you have to tinker with it to get justvthr right amount to latch it.

I also liked that it has a small gate for a dog so you dont have to open the whole door. It also helps to keep the babies away from the dog. Another thing is that you dont need to screw it to the frame door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this gate. It was a great replacement for my old crappy white one. Love that it has a little door for little ones. Love the black color! Although it did take me forever to get the stickers off… Why do they do that?? I also love the little rotating clip that helps stabilize it and that you can open the Door both ways. You can use the little clip to have access in only One Direction as well. I feel it’s very safe option.
