About the Author

Jayanti Jayanti is Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management at the University of West London with over 15 years of experience across industry and academia. She leads the International Hospitality Management course, oversees placements for students in Hospitality, Events, Aviation and Tourism and is Academic Lead for the London Gellar College of Hospitality & Tourism (LGCHT) Foundation year students.
