Works, but NOT a larger diaper. Appears to be just a stretchy wing added to each side of an XL size.

Great Briefs

These are great and absorbent. I buy these for my mom and I get them bigger than her size just so she has some extra room. The tabs are long and wide enough that they don’t break when I pull them. Great product.
