Best baking sheet!
The medium baking sheet is the perfect size for a dozen cookies, a good size casserole or pasta dish, etc. Just be careful not to turn the heat up too high. Food & cookies cook much faster and you don’t need to set your oven to 350 degrees anymore. I would suggest starting with 300-325.

Love them, but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about these pans except that the paint scratches off the bottom very easily. It doesn’t affect functionality, but it is an eyesore aesthetically.
