Advertise wrong color

The carpet was nice. Good quality.. but the color is extremely off. The website shows a bubble gum pink kind of color, which is what I wanted. But when it came, it's actually more of a mauve color. The mauve color didn't match my daughters room at all, which was why I bought it. Real nice rug but I returned it.

Colors not as expected, scratchy

I wanted to love this rug. I wanted the modern black look but with some colors to match my room. This seemed just right except… when I got the rug, the colors were extremely muted and didn’t match the picture online at all (blue/sage, yellowish beige) everywhere I thought would be color just looked gray. It’s also a scratchy wool, not soft, so not very comfy to walk on. The quality and design is nice and I love the Safavieh rug in my formal room, but this one just wasn’t up to par.
