Oliver Javanpour is the Principal at Cyrus Echo Corporation, a consulting and research firm that has advised public sector organizations since 1996. He has over 30 years of experience in government and industry and specializes in policy development, privacy, security, and international affairs. Javanpour has led numerous government research initiatives and contributed to the development of key public policies and best practices.
